In “Libraries As Space Between Us” the main question that the author has aimed to answer. Is a library a third space? And what the library has to do to be a third space. This article had great points that included how libraries are going extinct because of technology. Because technology gives the people what we as human beings always look for in which is a shortcut, people would much rather just google the results they need instead of going to the library themselves and doing the research themselves, I believe that the library is a perfect third space. It is a private public space where you can go for a variety of reasons. It is very hard for the libraries to stay in business because they are also losing their customers to places that are partnered with places like Starbucks because they ultimately are killing two birds with one stone. For the Libraries to compete they need to treat it more like a business and less like the old days in my opinion people love to spend money and have a goal to buy something to benefit them right now
