Global Terrorism

The article discusses what terrorism in Richard Payne's article. Terrorism is when someone from another country tries to hurt another country because of a disagreement and makes them change their minds by pain. Richard Payne uses 6 main points, one one that really caught my attention is self determination. Is self determination and how they are so small and still want to pick on Goliath to send a message that they are not afraid and want to be independent and not live by others rules.
